About the Project

01

The Trifecta Movie Project

Created by Ali Ray Perrin, a first-time filmmaker and former teacher, the Trifecta Movie Project is committed to equipping audience members with actionable tools and inspiring role models, helping them cultivate resilience and optimism in a world that often needs more of both.

Dream Into Being's Evolution

The seed for the project originated from a vivid dream Ali had in 2016, where she found herself as the sole audience member in a theater, captivated by three exceptional women on stage. These performers, who are highly regarded in Ali’s community for their artistic achievements, had made a powerful impression on her when she had previously seen them perform in person. The dream sparked her desire to capture these artists’ stories in a short documentary, offering a window into their worlds and the invaluable wisdom they hold. The project, named after her three muses, created "Dream Into Being" which brings to life their stories of carving new paths in traditionally-male artistic spaces.
